For 28 years, I have been a psychotherapist who has specialized in working with those who strive to resolve the complicated relationship with food, their body and self image. Identifying deep true longings and hungers only naturally leads to finding paths to satisfaction other than food. At the same time, increasing the ability to truly enjoy the pleasures of eating, ironically, leads to more precise choices in food and in life.

This is a gradual and extremely rewarding process.
